»Wuid g'würzt« Game Seasoning, Fine

Description

Pure nature – without additives!

This spice blend excellently enhances any game dish. The intensely warm aroma with notes of allspice, cocoa and pepper refines the fine taste of the game. Ethereal, herbaceous components such as spruce needles, bay leaves, rosemary and star anise combine with the fruity note of orange to create a round taste adventure. We recommend this blend as a base for game sauces and classic game dishes such as ragout of wild boar, venison and roe deer.
Expert tip: Give your mushroom stew an excellent game and foresty note with this spice blend!
