Description
Tasting notes: In the glass, the wine presents a radiant straw yellow suffused with greenish highlights, heralding a refreshing tasting experience. The bouquet unfolds with vivacious notes of grapefruit, melon, and apple. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, yet possesses a good complexity, enchanting with fresh tropical fruits and a balanced acidity. The maturation in oak barrels imparts subtle woody notes that harmonise perfectly with the fruity elements. The finish is lingering, seducing with delicate citrus nuances.
Food pairings: This versatile wine pairs ideally with an array of dishes such as spinach gratin with almonds, stir-fried vegetables accompanied by fish, or spaghetti in a caper and tomato sauce. It is also an excellent companion to an omelette with salmon and fennel, or a fruity endive salad. To fully savour the layered aromas, we recommend serving at a temperature of 11-13 °C.
