Description

This classic women's blazer made of a cotton panama by British weaver Brisbane Moss has a slightly tailored cut. The cooling properties of the fine-grained and breathable cotton fabric offer excellent wearing comfort all year round. An ideal fabric for the sporty blazer with chest welt pocket, slanted flap pockets, billet pocket and two slits below the waist partition in the back. The blazer has a small inside pocket in the light blue lining. The back length for size 36 is 67 cm.
The fine-pored cotton fabric comes from Brisbane Moss, a weaving mill that has been based in England for more than 120 years. They have the expertise required to achieve durable, colour-true cotton fabrics in a wide variety of designs. Brisbane Moss' moleskin and corduroy fabrics are famous for their special weaving characteristics, which have remained unchanged over many decades. Cotton has cooling properties and, especially in the Panama weave used here, it is also very permeable to air. With this type of weave, several warp and weft threads are woven together. This creates a more open weave than if only one warp and weft thread is crossed at a time. With a weight of 300 g/rm, the fabric is a medium weight class for blazers.
